Job Summary:

Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is a frontrunner in the optical industry. They are on the lookout for a Sr. Test Development Engineer to design and refine hardware testing systems for both new and existing products.

• In this position, the Senior Test Development Engineer will incorporate testing requirements into automated systems to enhance product quality and yield
• Responsibilities include creating and maintaining documentation, test specifications and operational instructions.
• Work with global R&D to ensure software updates are in line with testing standards and requirements
• Incorporate hardware testing needs from the product development stage into automated production testing systems
• Drive enhancements in production output, yield, and product quality
• Ensure that process flows are documented and that test specifications support product testing
• Provide continuous testing assistance to production teams after rollout, facilitating ongoing improvements and problem resolution

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Hardware Test Solutions
• Experience in developing and optimizing testing processes for sensors, lenses, and fiber optics would be ideal
• Strong debugging abilities and proficiency in data analysis
