Job Summary:

We’re partnering with a global telco software providers seeking an experienced Technical Writer to produce and maintain high-quality support documentation for engineering products (proprietary software), used globally across telco operators.

• Create detailed documentation resources, including user manuals and release notes
• Gain a thorough understanding of the organisations’ products and services and convert the product details into captivating content
• Contribute throughout the entire product development process, from concept creation to receiving feedback from end users
• Create engaging and informative content that helps users navigate products effortlessly
• Keep up with the organisation’s needs for documentation across projects and products
• Proofread and edit documents to ensure complete accuracy before release
• Work closely with the Engineers, Product Managers, Product Owners and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in content
• Support knowledge sharing and documentation improvements across teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ technical writing experience
• Possess a keen eye for detail
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A degree in Communication, Linguistic, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
