• Drive the development of Silicon Photonics process
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams from design to manufacturing, resolve process development flow and report project status to Team Leader
• Understand customers’ requirements and propose solutions within fab process capability
• Collaborate with R&D Team to ensure device meets specification and Silicon Photonics process flow
• Fabricate and integrate Silicon Photonics process development by following process documentation and operating instructions
• Characterization execution/analysis and debug of Silicon Photonics test in new silicon designs and process technologies
• Cross functional collaboration with other teams for development / optimization attempt to identify bottlenecks and address quality issues

Requirements:

• Min 3 years’ experience working in silicon photonics or integrated optics
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Optics & Photonics Engineering, Applied Physics or Material Engineering
• Deep knowledge of silicon photonics from design, packaging to volume test
• Experience in photonic integrated circuit design, modelling and layout
