Job Summary:

• Provide SAP Functional and Technical support to 6 countries across modules of SAP such as WM and MM
• Responsible for business requirements gathering, solution analysis, delivery, UAT, support, documentation and users training
• Prepare and verify UAT Scripts based on user requirements
• Design and carry-out certain SAP system configurations and conduct certain testing before deploying to Users QA Environment
• Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of the SAP system status, performance and ensure systems functionality and availability
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business users on logistics processes within the SAP environment
• Responsible and conduct DR DRILL in SAP
• Handle SAP Audits and liaise with Internal / External Auditors
• Review, streamline, and maintain SAP workflow and procedures as well as preparing contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years’ experience in SAP in WM/MM
• Expertise encompasses SAP implementation and system optimization, contributing to project lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination
• Prior experience in SAP work across logistics, transportation, warehouse, supply chain or consulting
• Familiarity with warehouse automation (MFS integration)
