Job Summary:

We are seeking a RFSOI Integration Engineer for our Semiconductor Client in Singapore. In this role, the RFSOI Integration Engineer bridges the gap between customer design requirements and the physical manufacturing modules (Lithography, Etch, Diffusion, Thin Film).

  • Process Flow Design: Define, structure, and standardize the end-to-end wafer fabrication process flow; support silicon debug, electrical characterization, and correlation between process parameters and RF performance
  • Technology Transfer: Collaborate directly with global clients to transfer new technology and process nodes smoothly into our Client’s Fab in Singapore
  • Yield & Debugging: Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to resolve defects, fix integration roadblocks and boost Wafer Acceptance Test (WAT) yields
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate resources across FA (Failure Analysis), device engineering and manufacturing to handle tape-outs and prototype lots

This is a full-time position based in Singapore. The employer will handle the Employment Pass (EP) application for successful international candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or Chemistry
  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor fabrication or process integration
  • Strong understanding of RF-SOI device physics, inline metrology parameters and statistical process control (SPC)
  • Solid RF characterization fundamentals

If this sounds like the role for you, please submit your resume to sewyee.gan@techstaffing.my, stating the job title. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified, but we look forward to connecting if another opportunity arises.
