Job Summary
We’re partnering with a global manufacturer in search of Master Data Analyst. The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for first level support to the users from EMEA and APAC.
- Delivering quality services while aligning with the internal regulation and master data processes
- Creation and maintenance of multiple data objects in line with SOX
- Handle large set of data (at global level)
- Perform data maintenance, data cleansing, data validation ensuring its consistency, completeness and accuracy
- Document and update master data processes
- Participate in data governance initiatives like data stewardship
- Act as first level support for master data governance issues, fixing bugs/error
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy and validation of data in the SAP systems
- Work with L3 or vendors for unresolved issues and documentation of incidents
- Perform data audits, identity data discrepancies, anomalies and take corrective action
- Generate reports, data analysis and provide insights to management
- Collaborate with users of SAP systems, mainly MM, SD, FICO, WM
- Take part in data migration and integration activities
- Conduct user training on master data entry processes
Requirements:
- Be based in Johor
- Ability to work on shift schedule (EMEA Time Zone)
- Min 5 years’ experience as Master Data Analyst
- Min 5 years’ experience in end user support in the areas of SAP, ERP or Salesforce
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FICO, WM
