Job Summary:
- Provide end users support for M365 full suite include messaging and collaboration, such as Teams, UC, Outlook, Endpoint Protection, Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, etc
- Set up, manage, and secure M365 accounts, including password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup and license assignments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user desktop / Laptops issue remotely
- Create standard and guest user accounts and adding users to Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes and Azure AD groups
- Create Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes via Exchange Admin centre, Azure
- Perform windows patching and deployment after office hours
- Prepare incident reports
- Enforce ITIL-based processes for incident, change and problem management
- Adhere to SLAs/OLAs for incident, service request and problem management
- Handle tickets/service requests effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Min 4 years’ experience in M365 Administration
- M365 Application Expertise: in-depth knowledge of M365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integrations with M365
- Familiarity with SCCM, Microsoft Security & Compliance Center tools
- Experience in PowerShell scripting skills
- Possess own vehicle
