Job Summary:
Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is a leading technology and services provider specializing in payment gateway for financial institutions and retailers.
They are seeking talents to join the project team for high-profile project. As a Lead Implementation Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for their Client
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, and Supplier Relationship Management
- Actively work with the Client during the design phase, translate the functional requirements to technical specifications by working closely with the development team
- Product demonstration
- Lead the configuration of the solution from the user interface
- Leverage SQL to solve technical issues/perform configuration
- Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis and resolve defects.
- Contribute to the testing effort
- Oversee and contribute to the delivery and deployment plan, ensuring successful go lives
- Assist Client on user training
Requirements:
- Min 6 years experience in SDLC, preferably in payment, procurement, finance or supply chain module
- Experience working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration
- Excel in Client relationships, with an ability to interact with stakeholders including the key executives
- Regional travel will be necessary (approximately 20%)
