Job Summary
We’re partnering with a Global Consulting firm seeking a HRIS Product Owner to be part of People technology ecosystem.
- Product Ownership – own the product lifecycle from discovery through to release, managing roadmaps and development priorities across AI tools and cloud-based HRIS application
- Project Scope Creation and User Stories – write user stories and manage product roadmaps
- Sprint Management and Feature Prioritisation – lead sprint meetings with developers and clarifying requirements, coordinate UX/UI work alongside development priorities
- Data Analytics and KPI Management – analyse workforce trends and provide actionable insights
- Compliance and Risk Management – ensure data quality, governance and compliance
- Internal & External Communication – partner with stakeholders to automate and streamline People processes
- Client Retention – drive adoption, reporting and learning analytics
What we’re looking for:
- Min 5 years’ experience in product development/product owner for software delivery
- Experience working closely with software developers in an Agile environment
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Experience in HRIS projects implementation
- Experience in data migration
