Job Summary:
- Development of custom solutions within Dynamics 365, ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications such as Sharepoint, Power Platform, D365 F&O, Microsoft 365, etc
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and integration activities
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Contribute to the growth of the complex case management team capability
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development
- Dynamics 365 and Power Platform hands-on development
- Experience in dashboard and data visualisation (PowerBI)
- Working with Azure services
