Job Summary:
We’re partnering with Information Analytics Management company in search of Customer Success Manager. In this role, the Customer Success Manager drives adoption, engagement, retention, and measurable results. He/she plays vital role to the success of renewals and growth opportunities within the designated customer portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customers, the Customer Success Manager collaborates closely with Account Managers to identify and advance growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to help customers meet their business needs and goals
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to provide a cohesive customer experience
Requirements:
- Min 8 years of experience in IT sales/account/partner management
- Experience working in a SaaS company with solutions-based selling
- Proven track record in customer retention, customer relationship management and product adoption
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through the ability to communicate clearly
- Willingness to travel across SEA up to 25%
