Job Summary

We’re partnering with a Testing and Certification Provider in search a of Business Process Analyst (Lean Six Sigma).

• In this role, the Business Process Analyst will work with stakeholders to assess business requirements and identify problems and opportunities across the business units and various projects
• Apply methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, perform root cause analysis and hypotheses based on data analysis
• Map the existing workflows, identify operational bottlenecks and design standardized Standard Operating Procedures to enhance business system scalability
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement tools that support operational excellence goals
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, improvement and best practices
• Knowledge sharing and support Unit Heads on change management

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience in using lean processing methodologies such as Six Sigma
• Experienced in business process modelling of complex processes using enterprise modelling tools
• Experiences in process mapping tools, dashboard development (such as PowerBI or Tableau)
• Attention to detail and competency in statistics
• Experience in change management is advantageous
