Job Summary

Our Client is in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry.

• Application support: Provide second level support for IT applications (mainly MES) and other business-related applications for users
• System support: Support internal applications and Warehouse Management systems to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
• Project management: Liaise with different departments and business units to gather project requirements and work with vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Issue resolution: SQL queries to troubleshoot issues, generate reports, and analyse data for applications for diagnosing problems
• Documentation: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), incidents documentation and user manuals, and conduct user training

Requirements:

• Min 3 years’ experience in application support
• Hands on SQL queries and scripting
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems
