Job Summary:

Module: SD, MM

Job Role: Implementation and Support

Environment: SAP S/4 HANA

Region: Asia

• Analyse requirements of internal stakeholders and map requirements into existing SAP system, particularly SD and MM
• Configure SD and MM modules. Configuration includes new enterprise structure, pricing structures and procedures, payment term and document type
• Facilitate system changes according to business requirements & change requests
• Prepare and conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test
• Prepare training material
• Conduct training to in-house users
• Write functional specifications for SD forms, reports and interface
• Participate in integration interfaces between SAP, and other applications like Salesforce CRM and EDI
• Resolve user issues in a timely manner
• Lead data migration activities
• Cutover activities such as migration of master data and transactional data

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as SD/MM Consultant
• Exposure in SAP Implementation, Support in manufacturing or chemical industry
• Proficient in SD Pricing Procedure Configuration
• Proficient in Procure-to-Pay and inventory management processes
• Permanent headcount, based in Petaling Jaya office, with hybrid work arrangement
