Job Summary:
We’re partnering with a global healthcare corporation in search for an experienced Salesforce Effectiveness Manager to lead the delivery of the Salesforce CRM platform across APAC business regions.
In this role, the Salesforce Effectiveness Manager will
- lead end-to-end delivery of CRM enhancements, integrations and releases
- work with internal stakeholders, Engineering Team to ensure functional requirements are translated into scalable solutions and delivered on time
- manage the Salesforce product roadmap and backlog, prioritising deliverables based on business objectives
- manage a team of Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Effectiveness Analysts across APAC
- facilitate Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- lead UAT, review test scenarios and oversee defect management
- oversee Salesforce deployments across multiple environments
- maintain release documentation, approval records, audit evidence and governance processes
- work with Business Intelligence team, to support Salesforce data modelling, data quality, security and governance
- provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders, updating progress, risks, dependencies and issues
Requirements:
- Min 8 years of Salesforce CRM experience in commercial environment
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Practical experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Business-acumen with excellent communication
- Active in the Salesforce community
