Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects such as RPA, process automation for booking platform and chatbot deployment
• Manages project schedule to ensure timely completion of the project and milestones
• Manage project scope, budgets, and project resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the integration of AI tools with booking platforms
• Chair Scrum related meetings with the Scrum Master, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement
• Work with the delivery team to develop the project scope, objectives and sign-off
• Ensure overall project governance and best-practice project delivery
• Monitor, manage and respond to project risks and issues; recommend and implement solutions
• Prepare executive-level updates, translate complex concepts into clear messages to non-IT audience, and provide updates into project progress
• Perform project post implementation activities such as soliciting feedback from stakeholders

Requirements:

• Min 8 years’ experience managing digital transformation projects in e-commerce / hospitality sector
• Strong understanding of the use of agile principles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP)
